MemUAI is an online knowledge and learning management platform that provides users with tools for knowledge organization, memory training, and content sharing.
The platform acts solely as a technical and service provider. MemUAI does not claim ownership of user-generated content (UGC) and does not pre-screen or pre-approve such content.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
All content uploaded, created, or shared by users on the MemUAI platform (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, study notes, and knowledge outlines) remains the intellectual property of the respective creators or lawful rights holders.
MemUAI does not obtain ownership of such content through users’ activity on the platform.
License Granted to MemUAI
To enable the normal operation of the platform and its services, users grant MemUAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, recommend, and transmit publicly shared content within the platform.
This license is limited to the scope necessary for providing platform services and does not authorize MemUAI to commercially exploit user content beyond the service context.
Infringement Handling
MemUAI respects intellectual property rights and requires all users to do the same.
If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your or another party’s intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with the necessary proof of ownership.
Upon verification, MemUAI will take appropriate actions in accordance with applicable laws, including removal, restriction of access, or disabling of the infringing content.
Where required by law, MemUAI will also cooperate by providing further information or assistance.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, or share on the MemUAI platform. Users must ensure that their content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other legal rights.
Any disputes, claims, or legal liabilities arising from user-generated content shall be borne solely by the user, and MemUAI shall bear no direct or indirect liability.
Platform Copyright
Except for user-generated content, all rights related to the MemUAI platform itself — including but not limited to its source code, technology architecture, design, functionality, algorithms, and brand identity — are the property of MemUAI and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
No individual or organization may copy, modify, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MemUAI.
Supplementary Terms
This notice shall be read together with MemUAI’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which collectively form the complete legal framework governing the platform.
In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service or specific agreements shall prevail.
The final interpretation of this copyright notice belongs to MemUAI.
