1. General Policy

All purchases made on MemUAI are considered final. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, missed usage, or user error, except as required by applicable law.

2. Subscription Products

MemUAI offers paid subscription plans. When you subscribe to a plan, you are charged immediately and the subscription begins at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

3. Trial Periods

If a trial period is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial, the subscription fee will be charged automatically unless canceled before the end of the trial.

No refunds will be given once a trial has converted into a paid subscription.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. Verified duplicate payments will be fully refunded.

5. Technical Issues

In cases where a significant technical failure prevents you from accessing the service for a prolonged period, you may contact us for review. Refunds in such cases are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks
