These technologies support authentication, account security, session continuity, request routing, fraud prevention, and other behavior required for a service you request. Some products cannot function without them.
Preferences
Preference storage remembers choices you make, such as the selected language and color scheme. Mem U AI writes the memuai_locale and memuai_color_scheme cookies when you use those controls and shares them across its subdomains so customer-facing surfaces can keep your choices consistent. These cookies are not used for analytics or advertising.
No analytics or advertising cookies
Mem U AI does not currently use analytics, advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies on its customer surfaces. If optional technologies are introduced, they will remain disabled until the required notice, consent, and controls are available.
Paddle checkout
Paddle may use cookies or similar technologies on its checkout and buyer-support surfaces under Paddle's own Cookie and Privacy notices. Those technologies are controlled by Paddle rather than the Portal.
Your choices
Because Mem U AI does not currently deploy optional cookies on its customer surfaces, it does not display an accept-or-reject consent banner. You can control browser storage through browser settings, although blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login or requested product behavior. If optional cookies are introduced, Mem U AI will provide consent controls before setting them and a persistent way to change your choice.
