1. Scope and accountability
This policy applies to Mem U AI customer surfaces and products, including Portal, Auth, Posting, Store, UBoo, and future products that link to it.
The Privacy Officer, Mem U AI is responsible for privacy inquiries and can be reached at [email protected].

The information processed depends on the product and feature you choose. We limit collection to information reasonably required for the stated purpose.
- Account information such as email address, profile, locale, authentication events, and security settings.
- Device, network, log, diagnostic, and product-use information.
- Customer content, instructions, AI inputs and outputs, authorized context, saved memory, files, and preferences.
- Store offering, entitlement, usage, credit, and support records.
- Transaction information Paddle shares for fulfillment, account linking, fraud prevention, and support. Mem U AI does not receive complete card details from Paddle.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide requested products, authenticate customers, carry instructions forward, maintain authorized continuity, deliver entitlements, secure the service, provide support, comply with law, and understand or improve service reliability.
4. AI processing
A product may send the content needed for an AI feature to a model or processing provider. The product should identify sensitive or consequential uses and provide controls appropriate to the feature.
Private customer content is processed to provide requested behavior. A materially different use, including use for shared-model training, requires separate notice and any consent required by law.
5. Paddle transactions
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and independently processes checkout, payment, tax, receipt, subscription-billing, cancellation, and refund information under Paddle's policies. Paddle may share limited transaction information with Mem U AI so that we can provision access and support the customer.
6. Providers and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose only the information needed to infrastructure, model, email, security, analytics, and support providers; to Paddle for transaction operations; or to authorities when required or permitted by law.
Primary application infrastructure is hosted in Canada. Some providers may process limited information in other jurisdictions where they operate.
7. Retention, deletion, and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the product, security, support, transaction records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention varies by information type. Deletion may take additional time in protected backups or where legal retention applies.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or challenge our compliance. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
9. Cookies and minors
Cookie use is described in the Cookie Policy page. Mem U AI products are not intended for a person who cannot legally consent to the relevant service or data processing without a parent or guardian.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when products, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate before they take effect.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
