Refund policy
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Mem U AI purchases and subscriptions. Paddle processes payment, tax, receipts, cancellation, and refunds under its current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Cancel a subscription
You may cancel an active subscription through the Paddle customer controls made available with your purchase. Unless a refund or mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues according to the offering information shown for the current paid period.
Request a refund
Use Paddle Buyer Support to request a refund or resolve a duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect transaction. Paddle evaluates and executes transaction refunds under its policies and applicable consumer law.
Product problems
For a product-access failure or material technical problem, contact [email protected] with the account email, Paddle transaction reference, and a description of the problem. Do not send complete payment-card information.
Usage and credits
A Store offering page explains the included allowance, credit validity, and what happens at cancellation. Used allowances or credits are normally treated as consumed service, subject to Paddle's decision and mandatory rights.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the supported original payment method. Mem U AI does not send a separate direct payment for a Paddle transaction. Bank or payment-network processing time may apply.
Mandatory rights
Nothing on this page limits a cancellation, withdrawal, charge-reversal, or refund right that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to the purchase.
