User content and copyright
Your original content remains yours. Using Mem U AI does not transfer ownership of customer content to Mem U AI.
Customer ownership
You retain the rights you hold in text, images, audio, files, notes, instructions, and other original content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use that content.
Limited service permission
You give Mem U AI a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the product behavior you request. This permission does not transfer ownership.
Public content
When you intentionally publish content, you also permit Mem U AI to display, distribute, and recommend it within the selected public service. Removing it stops new public distribution subject to reasonable cache, backup, legal-retention, and previously authorized-use boundaries.
Mem U AI materials
Mem U AI software, product behavior, design, brand assets, documentation, and original service content remain protected, subject to customer, third-party, and open-source rights. No commercial reuse is granted unless expressly stated.
Report infringement
Send a copyright concern to [email protected] with your contact information, identification of the protected work, the content location, the basis of your claim, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
We may request additional evidence, restrict access while reviewing a report, notify the affected customer, and provide an appropriate response or appeal path.
Repeat or serious abuse
We may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
